However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, our return and refund policy makes it easy to resolve any issues.
Eligibility for Returns
Products are eligible for return if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery. To initiate a return, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order by contacting us at info@lumberpark.com or 9047209518. Returns will only be accepted if the product is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items such as custom-made furniture, cut-to-size wood, or special-order products are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective. Please review product details carefully before placing your order
Return Process
Once your return request is approved, our team will arrange for a pickup or guide you through the return process. The returned product will be inspected upon receipt, and you will be notified regarding the approval or rejection of your refund based on its condition.
Refunds
If your return is approved, a refund will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original mode of payment. In the case of COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer. Please note that shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, except in cases where the product was damaged or incorrect.
Replacements
If you prefer, we can also arrange a replacement for the damaged or defective product instead of a refund, subject to availability. Replacement products will be shipped as soon as the returned item is received and verified.
